Located in a prestigious area of Dubai Hills, the residence is positioned to frame views of the Burj Khalifa from its principal living spaces. Public and private areas are carefully separated while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Layers of space create subtle zones of privacy, while supporting functions are integrated without disrupting circulation.

Natural light, double-height volumes, terraces, and green roofs form another key component of the design. The architecture blurs the boundary between interior and exterior through semi-outdoor areas around the pool, family living spaces, and master bedrooms.
