Mirador Residence

Mirador Residence is an existing 460 sqm private property located in Arabian Ranches, Dubai. Qalam Architects was appointed to design a 200 sqm extension. One of the key challenges was working with the existing structure without accurate as-built drawings.

The extension adds three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a kids’ study room, a powder room, and a pantry. The design draws natural light into the new spaces while connecting the existing villa to the extension through a seamless transition that responds to the family’s needs.
