Mirador Residence

Mirador Villa is a 460 sqm existing private property located in Arabian Ranches-Dubai, We are hired to do an extension with 200sqm. One of the key challenges of the project was working with an existing structure without having an existing drawings reflecting the as built. We added 3 bedrooms with their en suit, Kids/ study room, Powder room and pantry, designing the space to draw in natural light, connect the existing villa with the extension with a seamless transition which responds to the family’s needs. “The most inspiring opportunity lied within the challenge to design the new extension while preserving the existing villa style with a modern spirit
