Located within the Avani Palm complex, Sweat & Go redefines the compact fitness experience through intentional materiality and architectural precision. Designed by Qalam Architects, the interior delivers a sophisticated, boutique workout environment that balances raw energy with calming texture.

The space plays with contrast: fluted wooden cladding introduces rhythm and warmth, while polished microcement surfaces provide a clean, sculptural backdrop. A minimal palette is accentuated by vertical lighting and custom concrete furnishings, creating a sensory experience that is both grounded and elevated.

Sweat & Go embodies movement in stillness — a spatial concept that supports performance while reflecting the lifestyle of its urban, design-conscious clientele.
